| Standard Fee candidates who will sit

or Treviso must pay a surcharge of €3.50 per
candidate. |
| All candidates who enrol singly,
either as private candidates or through a school must pay
a surcharge of € 6.00. |
| ISP candidates taking the
exam at a Venue (i.e. not at the Cambridge Centre
in Feltre, Romano d'Ezzelino or Treviso but at their school)
must pay a surcharge per candidate (See table above). |
| Please note that schools must provide
the required classrooms, suitable audio equipment and personnel.
The Cambridge Centre will send Supervisor/Invigilator as
well as the Oral Examiners. |
| Exam Venues for groups under 20 candidates
(except YLE) must be arranged with the Cambridge
Centre in advance of the entries deadline in order to organize
the exam at another nearby school. |
| Full payment - including surcharges
and postage fees - must be made by the enrollment deadline,
otherwise the Cambridge Centres in Feltre, Treviso, or Romano
d'Ezzelino will not be able to forward the enrolments to
Cambridge, UK. Please send receipt of the bank transfer
by fax to the Cambridge Centre. For enrolments at Feltre
or Treviso, the fax number is 0439 847960, and for enrolments
at Romano d'Ezzelino the fax number is 0424 390596. |

| LATE ENROLMENTS, REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS |
| Late fees - candidates
can enroll after the deadline on payment of a €60.00
surcharge. |
|
Full refunds can only be given
if a candidate is ill on the day of the exam or if a serious
reason can be given for not being able to attend the exam.
In either case the reason for missing the exam must be
documented.
|
| Transferring to a different session
can be done by first requesting a refund for
the exam of the original session and then enrolling
for a new session. However, please note, that if
the enrollment for the new session is made after the Cambridge
deadline then the a late fee of €35.00 will
be applied. |
